I was recently on a low-carb diet and lost 8 pounds. I changed to Herbalife, alot of people I know and co-workers are on it, and they are seeing results. Besides the shakes are yummy. :) I'm 29 pounds away from by goal weight ot 135!!! :D
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
