I have found out that when you feel the weakest (lethargic), extremely tired even though day was easy, no motivation THAT is when you need to kick yourself and hit the gym. Nothing heavy otherwise injury will follow quickly just running. I did that a few days ago and now my weight is falling I must have forced my metabolism to increase. I must admit it was hard however I had my best music tracks playing and hardly noticed the time. I am learning everyday so hope to keep doing better.
289.5 lb Lost so far: 50.3 lb.    Still to go: 97.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
