I am over the moon happy about my progress. After hit a plateau for over a month this is awesome.
Though I do wish 1 person would keep her thoughts to herself. I am tired of the question " So when do you get to eat 'real' food again?"
Um hello...vegetables, fruit, fish, lean meat, and chicken ARE real food....your friggin' Big Mac is NOT!
And yesterday she freaked out about me wanting to get down to 125 minimum (which is a mid point for the healthy weight for my height on the BMI)...then of course it was "Where the heck did you get that number? Who determined that THAT was a healthy weight?"
Umm, a bunch of specialists that study this friggin' stuff....
