Staying on target with my push to be 65.something kgs by the 15. Today's question - given I'm going out to dinner tonight do I fast today and save my calories or just eat some very light meals??? Decisions, decisions...
146.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Fasting combined with low carb high fat diet will get you shredded. I have been doing 2 day fasts then eating like a pig and repeating for 6 weeks and have gone from 104kg to 89kg. Feel fantastic!
