After meeting my fitness eval requirements I decided to have a total and complete cheat day which included spicy chicken strips and even worse, I scarfed down a small king arthur supreme round table pizza for dinner. I consider it a prize for all my hard work. But hey, I only gained 1 lb from the day before, haha! And as for today, I'm back on it. Goal weight loss for this week is 6 lbs!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yep, 100% today! Just finished dinner. So in about 45 mins it's time for my chest and delts workout, minus the pushups (the chest is sore from testing yesterday), then one last protein shake and i'm done eating for today :)

Still feeling the effects of that massive cheat day. It's completely motivated me to work harder on cardio this week! Goal: 185 by Saturday morning.
