The Good...The Bad...and the NOT SO BAD Well, the good is I DID NOT GAIN WEIGHT! the bad is.. I DID NOT LOSE WEIGHT! the not so bad is.. I MAINTAINED MY WEIGHT! I did not do so well this week on following THE PLAN!!! Bad, bad, bad GIRL!!!! Gotta do this!!!! Once again, I will start overs TODAY! I am aiming to lose 5 lbs this week! there I wrote it down, now I HAVE to do it! (I know..sounds like I'm talking to myself) oh, well.. hope everyone here is doing well and losing, losing losing!! I heard something yesterday that hit close to home and thought I'd share as it relates to most of us here. We all have a goal...and it seems like we all have a plan (that's why we are here) but the question we should ask each day is "WHAT DID YOU DO TODAY IN YOUR PLAN TO REACH YOUR GOAL???" Hmmmm, did we stick to the plan..the South Beach Plan, that is? the weight watchers plan??? Hmmmm, something to think about and ASK OURSELVES everyday "WHAT DID YOU DO TODAY TO GET TO YOUR GOAL?".... now I'm off to ponder my own question.... good luck to all!
