Going right way now - minimum 7 to go til Sunday - recumbent bike 1 hour - shrimp broccoli stir fry - 5 big shrimp and broccilli - eggs sausage ham breakfast - salad ranch cucumber egg and tomato for dinner - I will post later but thanks for support , much success and back at you -
199.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week
