Been picking up weight at roughly 2 kg's a month. Tearing my hair out, as my diet has not changed since January 2017, but since September/October, my weight has just gone crazy. Sooooo upset! What do I do?
163.1 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Shame Lamb123's....what eating plan are you following? Maybe try detoxing again and then another eating plan for a while....till you are more a less where you would like to be. I am still with weigh-less, but did a 12 week challenge at the gym and I just did extra classes like Pilates and Bums & tums. Weekends did what ever challenge we had and all I am doing is keeping it up. Also follow the weigh-less eating plan. Also what's nice is every month we get a new express menu which we can follow if we like and that is what I have been doing. I'm holding thumbs for you...just hang in there

You are welcome. I found with me that when my body gets used to the same food over and over, that is when I stand a chance to gain. It has helped me to change my menu from time to time, but also with me having an underactive thyroid I have a minimum if carb intake. Take care, keep it up and what ever you do persevere and go forward....you can do it.
