Yeah, another weight loss. I have been eating some sugar free treats but I have stayed away from sugar for the most part. Dispite my knees killing me and not being very mobile it seems to be working. I'm resisting making treats for the family as they don't need stuff either. I won't get excited until I see a significant weight loss - at least 50lbs. I can gain so easily. I wish I could lose as easily but that is the way it goes. I will continue to follow the program for now.
