Happy with the result, putting in a lot of effort. Going to a bbq tomorrow. I am considering increasing my gym membership to off-peak so I can pitch-up and work out any time.
296.3 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 104.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
