I have walked to the allotment most days it takes me 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back as well as working on the allotment, but I haven't done as much as I would like because my legs hurt this week.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
