Struggling a bit to not feel a bit discouraged that I've only lost 1/2 lb after all the hard work over the past few weeks. There's no overlooking that I'm definitely stronger and have better endurance though. Everyone says the weight loss doesn't come until the 2nd month. My primary method for weight loss in the past was to just stop eating, so my body is no doubt expecting this to eventually come. This time I'm determined to increase health rather than just lose weight.
150.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it! I've been discouraged many times, but when I stick to things, I start to see the results. Don't give up!
