1lb down ☹️ disappointing after a week of good, clean, low carb eating but not demotivating!!!!! Onwards and upwards ..... well downwards as far as the scales are concerned !
144.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
