Just double checked, and I have lost a few more than I thought. Read the scale wrong. LOL. Oh, well, it was a benefit to me. YAY me!!
346.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
