I weighed myself in the morning and lost another pound. I am really happy. I am not looking forward to my 3 doubles in a row this weekend. I am going to sleep in on Monday. I need to schedule a time with my trainer so I can be back on schedule!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
