Knocked out a 3 hour evening hike... nice and easy with plenty of steep inclines. I need to do this more often; I woke up 3 lbs lighter! >:)
189.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
