Had a rubbish weekend - ate the wrong foods, didn't exercise- yet the scale went down - cosmic payback for all the times I did everything right and it went up?
147.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
