OK - I'm switching things up a bit for a little while - trying a system that I bought a while back. Followed it yesterday and lost almost a pound and a half, so there must be something to it. Don't give up on me, Atkins friends - I'm still trying to make low carb choices regularly. :-)

K!! Thanks - I was a bit surprised, actually. I went to my son's graduation yesterday and had nachos, pizza and cookies. But I combined them with other things the way this program suggests, and I guess it worked.
