Last night, we took my oldest son to drop him off at his dads. When we are in the other town, we always go eat at this mexican food restaurant that we love. This doesnt happen often though, because the hubby hardly ever gets out of bed that early (he works nights). I had about 10 chips and some salsa and then I shared a taco salad with the baby. BUT, I gave him most of the chicken and beans/jalapenos/onions etc and I ate mostly just the lettuce with some salsa on it. I got home, scared to death that I was going to regret this so I walked my 8 miles and passed out. I got up this morning and weighed, still scared of what I would see...and I had lost .8 lbs....yeah, i know, I'm getting all technical but .8 lbs to me is a lot....especially if I can do that every day...thats a pretty good amount weekly. I wont let down today...I'll continue dieting and working out.

Still keeping the faith and going strong!

Wow! You did well! Deifnitely better than I could do... Mexican Food is a HUGE weakness for me. I'm sure at least 50 of the 70 lbs I gained since highschool are from nachos! lol! Keep it up!!
