So excited to enter the new year in the 160's. I still have a long way to go but I am focusing on what I have done thus far and looking forward to having a healthy and happy New year.

168.4 lb Lost so far: 22.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
