Well I won the biggest loser challenge at work! $1100 in the bank and 30lbs lost since 01.04.01 now I just have to continue to my goal on 160lbs. I gaine 3.2 lbs since winning and need to get back on the ball so i climbed the stairs 9 flights to work this mornign and will hit Hydro-Fit tomorrow,
