I dont know whats going on but really i havent changed much. I CANNOT lose weight, I am severly depressed right now. Maybe things will get better soon..who knows.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

Don't be so hard on yourself. I am going through a bout of depression myself. I keep well hydrated w/ coffee so I can get through each day. Things always get better and don't give up either.

Don't give up, continue to think postive and you will see the pounds come off. Stress only adds to weight gain. I'm in you corner anytime you need support. I don't think any of the diet really works. What I do is work out half hour a night and eat dinner before 8:oopm. And I brought some chinesse tea and drank a cup every night.
