Here I am.. back again rapidly heading to my weight from two years ago that was so hard to loose! Feeling rotten. In anycase, will try follow my weight a bit more...

136.2 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb. Still to go: 15.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.
