Finally I saw a weight loss! Yeah Me! I've done pretty well keeping away from sugars. We went to an Old Country Buffet for Mother's day. I kept to proteins mostly, only had one roll w/ butter, and ate sugar free desserts except for two Strawberries covered in chocolate and on coconut macaroon. Ok, I just had to try the chocolate fountain. It was great but it could be addicting. So it's a good thing I don't have access to it every day. I have a big challenge this next week. A whole week of conferences where I have no control over what is served and I don't have any place to take a lunch. I also found some English Muffins with only 1 sugar and Bread with only 1 sugar and 12 carbs which is like my Rye crackers. So I'll continue on and see how things go.
