Starting over.....The holidays and the New Year were perfect excuses for me to stray very far...well, completely away from program. I just started over completely, and this time almost everyone in my house is doing it w/me! I think w/the support of everyone around me will really help since I'm not able to go to meetings right now. I gained back almost all the weight I lost, which is a bummer...But I'm gonna work hard to lose weight faster this time! Pilates here I come!! =)
