I am a masochist at its best. Grrrrr. I binge last night and decide I am "starting tomorrow", so I proceed to eat ANYTHING that isn't tied down. Hence, the weight gain. All good- Thursday-my day off- when I weigh myself, there will hopefully a significant weight loss for me to feel good about myself.
I wish i could get out of this mindset of "starting tomorrow". I Fatsecret buddy suggested to eat like you are at your goal weight. Makes perfect sense- if only I had the will power to do it.
Here's to another fresh start----goal is to go to gym 3 days this week. Fingers crossed I stick to my goals :)
262.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

Will power comes through practice... it's not something that you just grab ahold of... you'll get there!

I find it easiest to start this WOE by focusing on foods I can have and those I can't have. I eat as much as I want of the foods I can have. I'll binge on cream cheese and Splenda 'icing' or pork skins or whatever. But I don't touch anything on my 'no' list. It helps me get my willpower back. I stay full but I'm full on something other than carbohydrates

I totally understand your post!!! I am convinced that probably 75% or more of the folks on this website are....OR have been...procrastinators...."I'll start tomorrow" is a subtle form of procrastination...While the "Annie song" Tomorrow is full of promise AND a truly great song about NEW starts...It overlooks the fact that the only day we truly have is.....TODAY....so even if we have been "off plan"for the first half of the day, or even first two thirds of the day, we can begin to work our plan ...TODAY. YOu can do this!!!! You have done it before, so I am very confident you can do it again.....Looking forward to reports of your continuing progress!!!!!!!!!!!!
