Arrrgh i'm in the middle of exams and my eating habits are shocking right now and it shows :-(
Getting back on track - did a 5km run yesterday, gotta keep it up
156.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
