I just did my first "weigh-in" and I lost 3 lbs! I'm so excited but I know a lot of that is water. I'm going to keep trucking along, though!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
