WEEK ONE DOWN.. ALMOST 10 LBS! i'LL TAKE IT! :)
331.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 111.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Holy Cow! Man I am so envious that men can lose so much faster than us chicks. Great job on the loss!

Do Men lose weight faster than women? I didn't know that. If so, why?

Thanks all.! I have not been on ANY kind of eating program in 15 years.. I know just cutting out sweet tea would have done something... but the whole programs is really working for me! I know the rapid loss wont last, but I am still amazed!!

Bashore, yes men do. To sum this up quickly - metabolism, muscle mass, physical activity, and will power.
