First day back here in quite a while.
Trying to get to healthy weight and also ear healthier. I was quite sick the last year and they finally figured out it was my Gallbladder.
Now it's removed and I have to eat properly.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
