Started June 16th 2016 272 lbs. Finally hit my goal of 184 lbs.! (actually beat it by a little) 16 months. -1500 cal a day and -100 net carbs a day(around 75 most days). No other extra exercise other than my job in home improvement retail. Off all my meds including insulin,metformin, and BP, I just take multi vitamins now and fish oil. I feel Great! Thank you everyone here, past and present. Many of you have inspired me by your stories of ups and downs, success and failures. Good luck to everyone on your weight loss journey. You WILL do it if you set your mind to it. God Bless.
