I worked out hard last week and only cheated one day! I can't believe I GAINED weight! I am so frustrated!
177.6 lb Lost so far: 42.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.1 lb a week

I'm in the same boat. Cheated alittle more than a day, was spread out lol. But not enought to gain... Can't give up though! :-)

We all have days like that. Consistency is key with weight loss, so just get back on plan and keep going.
