Still gaining. Its funny too..usually when I do low carb, I can easilly put my fingers around my wrists..this time, I barely can. Its so annoying! I drink at least 10 8oz glasses of water daily. So why am I retaining? I exercise 30 min/day tae-bo style. Im so tempted to cut back on my calories, but I wont do that for another few weeks unless I hit 131.5 pounds. I should not be retaining water as far as my female hormones are concerned! My salt content is not bad either..
This is day 9.
130.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

I have a food journal on this site. I havent recorded today yet, but you are welcomed to look at my food calendar to see what Im eating

There could be something else at play here besides hormones or diet. Maybe you are coming down with something and your body is just out of whack. Another option is that you may be pregnant (that certainly gets our bodies out of whack!!). If you don't stop retaining soon then I would consider a trip to the doctor to rule out something more serious.
