I haven't been able to log in very much this week and track my food but I have stuck to the plan and have been doing very well..I figured this is a life change and I have to get used to eyeballing things for measurements and start reading labels more ;0)Did well this week, down another 3 pounds!! Very excited ~ my shirts that were once small fit me well now and my shirts I was wearing look so big ;0) amazing how losing 10 pounds can make that much of a difference.

158.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
