1128 kcal Fat: 24.39g | Prot: 36.74g | Carb: 120.45g.   Breakfast: cheerios dulce de leche, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: oikos greek yogurt vanilla, walmart mixed fruit bowl, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: sweet leaf green tea, jennie-o extra lean turkey ham, coffee, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, with Water). Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
