Ok so I finished up for the week 2 kgs less. I fasted 2 days, and the weekend I ate more than I was hoping to, so overall, 2kgs loss is good. I hope everyone else is travelling well.
216.1 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 61.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
