Ok, so I came back from holidays last week. 8 kgs in 3 months I have gained. Not happy. So I started on 5:2 and for most of the week 16:8. I was 100.00 kgs on the 16th October; and we shall see how in the next few weeks. Fingers crossed I can be under 80 kgs before xmas. I just would like to lose a kg a week. I have a long way to go, but slowly slowly does it!
220.5 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
