While I had times this past week when I was in the zone, there were several days when I was not. I also missed working out on Fri/Sat/Sun. So to be down one pound is at least progress. That means I've lost a total of four pounds thus far. I am on the cusp of going into a "new decade" as I call it - into my 150s and plan on seeing it next week. I have a digital scale which stays in the same place, so I'm pretty confident in the numbers I see.
