It is exciting to lose 1 pound!
174.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1772 kcal Fat: 39.91g | Prot: 88.36g | Carb: 284.64g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie (Regular), Tea (Brewed). Lunch: Organic Mini Peeled Carrots, Tzatziki Dip, Hummus, Grape Tomatoes, Romaine Lettuce, Whole Wheat Tortilla. Dinner: Zucchini, Green String Beans, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Grilled Chicken Thigh, Craisins, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat). Snacks/Other: Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt, Peanut Butter, Whole Wheat Bread, Hummus, Tzatziki Dip, Grape Tomatoes, Romaine Lettuce, Whole Wheat Tortilla. more...
