Headed the wrong way.... I think the small amounts of extra carbs I eat at work to be social are messing me up. I am not dumping ketones, and sometimes experience after meal (insulin rebound?)hunger, so I am above where I would be keto adapted at times. My planned solution will be and sipping an extra water / unsweet tea at lunches, instead of nibbling on vegetable choices, or a few tablespoons of grits etc, and getting back into doing more exercise.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

Cathy, I just started on Keto. This is day 3. I’m craving sweet so I had a coffee with sugar free French vanilla. Last night I had a cup of sugar free jello with real whip cream (just a little). The food is delicious and I enjoy cooking again.

Oh, to my surprise, I was down 3 pounds from Thursday.
