Man oh man, come on, lets stop this up and down up and down, grrr... Tomorrow, I so want to see 239.. no more 40's...
241.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1592 kcal Fat: 108.28g | Prot: 128.51g | Carb: 23.62g.   Breakfast: cheddar chesse, butter, eggs, Bacon. Lunch: kraft cheddar cheese meduim, hellmans real mayonnaise, hamburger patty home made, ceasar dressing. Dinner: chicken breast. Snacks/Other: romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, peppers, head lettuce. more...
losing 3.5 lb a week
