not a weighin. just wanted to document that I reached one of my many goals... I fit into a shirt that I haven't been able to wear since before having a baby!! Yay! Now onwards to reaching more goals!
198.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 30 March 2010:

Great Job!! I know the feeling!! I actually got my weight down after pregnancy THEN gained it all back...Plus some!! Now, I'm beginning to fit into my after-baby pants again!! It's good to set small goals for yourself!!

Thanks and I know :D! I have a couple of outfits that are for each phase of my weight loss journey and I keep those in mind at each workout session.
