I am down another pound! I can feel less fat around my middle. This keto thing is awesome. I never feel starved. Yesterday it was 3:00 pm and I thought to myself, "Shouldn't I be hungry by now?" This morning I wasn't hungry at all when I woke up. Only after thinking and writing about food on FS did I feel any hunger pangs at all. I know that one little fatty snack will keep me satisfied quite a while. All that said, I do really miss fresh fruit. We have mangos, peaches, bananas, tangerines, blueberries sitting around. My wife mainly survives on fruit, milk, chocolate and air and is always between 110 and 115 pounds...

I think a bike ride is in order this morning. No trail riding as we have gotten a lot of rain lately. I understand that excessive exercise is not recommended on keto, but moderate exercise will allow consuming additional carbs.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Last time I lost weight but I don't think I consumed enough fat and too much carbs. This time trying to keep proper macros for keto. It is very easy to have a daily calorie deficit on this diet as you are not hungry all the time. The key is to be more Steve-like and maintain. I can't swill beer like I did when I was in college... Getting too old for this yoyo stuff. Steve, I want to be just like you when I grow up!
