my contest was 1 week ago , i already gained 4 kilos.
I kept my diet at around 2800kcalories daily, and i continued doing cardio 5 times a week (except leg training) for 40 minutes.
Only binged on sunday after contest.
Hunger is a small discomfort for the moment.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 26.2 lb a week
