I'm not changing much on the scale, but I am changing in the mirror and in the way my clothes are fitting! Body composition is change. I'm exchanging muscle for fat.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
