I was at the pool today and weighed myself on their fancy digital scales I was 148... that was a crushing blow. I am 145 at home. Did one hour of aquafit. It was shit compared to the old pool in Fort McMurray ... going to do lane and weights.

One more thing ... dizzy as fuck when I stand up. I ate a slice of bread last night it was so bad.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
