Been averaging around four hundred cal per day. Peanuts are my downfall. I am about to eat a spagetti squash now the cauliflower is gone. It was so good.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
