I was 190 when I went to Hawaii in February. I started my workouts and 1200 calorie diet in late March. Now I weigh 175.8. Dieting and working out is so hard.
175.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
