I am surprised being able to maintain my weight at 165 lb for over a month. Not able to run for about a month due to sore knee/calf and was only keeping a relatively strict diet (~1500 kcal/day).

Used to need the exercise to keep the weight down but not sure if I am at a state where just keeping a strict diet can do the job. Earlier this year, also stopped running due to injuries and relaxed on diet, weight went up 20 lb quickly.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
