Well... my weight loss has slowed so much that I am finally going to start working out. ! Hopefully my weight loss increases a little. One pound a week is just too slow for me! Thank God I am eating low carb. If I were on any other diet... this is just about the time it would fail.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your body is going to do what it wants. A pound a week is great, but exercise may help kick up the loss. It also firms you up, increases fat loss, so you get smaller and leaner, and helps keep your heart healthy. So good luck! (Remember when you first start an exercise plan, if you get sore muscles, you can see a temporary gain on the scale. It will go away).
